A single-varietal wine made using the art of Bordeaux blending.

Beautiful blended Sauvignon vintages aged on lees for two to three years (for sweetness) with younger vintages full of rigor (for aromatics, freshness and minerality).

The nose is expressive, with notes of white fruits (peach, pear) and some mineral notes. The mouth is fleshy with volume and fat on lemony notes.
